Musculoskeletal - Baker's cyst causing leg pain

Patient in their 50s presented for leg pain that has gradually worsened over the past few days. Bedside lower extremity ultrasound was completed to evaluate for blood clot. It demonstrated a Baker's cyst, the hypo echoic area above the popliteal vasculature.
