30s M with no known medical history or ocular history presented with 2 days of progressive monocular visual field deficits and floaters without antecedent trauma or other injury. Visual acuity was limited to finger counting at 3 feet in the affected eye. POCUS of the affected eye is shown here, demonstrating a macula-off retinal detachment.
