21 y/o female post-op emergency hysterectomy post uterine rupture with rising creatinine in surgical ICU. POCUS revealed right-sided mild Grade I hydronephrosis with appreciable dilated major calyces and renal pelvis. Initial concern is for obstructive process or ureter injury.
