An elderly male presented from home with complaints of mild confusion, non-specific abdominal pain, and a 3-day history of dyspnea. He required no supplemental oxygen. 12-lung zone ultrasound was performed using the linear transducer. Zone R5 revealed the pictured confluent B-line pattern and small areas of consolidation.
