Soft Tissue - Parotid Gland Malignancy

A female patient with a history of Non-Hodgkin and Diffuse B-Cell Lymphoma presented for evaluation of subacute facial swelling. Physical exam revealed edema over the parotid gland without associated tenderness to palpation. POCUS seen here demonstrated hypoechoic and septated cystic lesions within the parotid gland, concerning for malignancy.
