88 y/o female presents with three days abdominal pain, distension, vomiting and worsening on renal function. Hx of previous ovarian cancer with right ureteral stricture (estenosis). Ureteral stent in 2020, recently changed 2 weeks ago. No fever, and currently passing urine without issues. POCUS shows severe HUN to the right.
